In this 2-hour workshop, you will explore the crossroads between Yin and Restorative Yoga, give yourself space to unwind, and decompress your body and mind. Allie will lead an hour of yin that will anchor you in the present moment and Anna will take us home with a sweet restorative practice to help you settle in and rest. Take time to slow down.
