Physical, Mental, Energetic & Emotional.

I take an unpretentious and accessible approach to teaching yoga. Whether itโ€™s your physical body, your mind, your spirit, or your feelings; you will leave my classes feeling more connected and more present with yourself. I use creative and intuitive sequencing and try to encourage students to have fun, regardless of their "success". Classes are either rigorous or restorative in practice and largely based around functional movement.

Hi, My name is Allie

My work revolves around promoting healthy people in a healthy world. My passion lies in the intersection of sustainability and self-made power. I teach yoga to empower people to use their physical bodies in a functional way that supports daily life and optimal health. I practice landscape architecture so I can help influence the physical world and help the planet. Both are attitudes to bring to the next generation of community.

I want to be part of teams to rebuild our fragmented society, to strengthen the ties we have to our natural environment and our communities. And most importantly, to our selves. We rely on our planet for a lot, we need to do the work to connect society in ways that foster the best we can be.

I believe that if we can learn to be present within ourselves we can find a way to nurture positive change for our world. The practice of yoga is instrumental in determining how to live in harmony with oneself.
